We are delighted to receive awards and proud to have won the Watt d'Or 2016 in the Energy-Efficient Mobility category. The innovative, globally unique ADL system, which has been in operation successfully for several years, calculates the energy optimised travel profile for each train and transmits corresponding velocity recommendations to the locomotive crew in real time.

The mtrail development team keeps abreast of technological developments by regularly attending international conferences.

On occasion, mtrail employees perform as speakers on topics such as Java Core and modern web development. To deepen our knowledge in specific areas, we organise our own training courses and have already welcomed internationally recognised experts such as Dr. Heinz Kabutz (Java Core), Kirk Pepperdine (Performance Engineering) or Jonas Bandi (Modern Web Development).

We not only pass on our knowledge internally in training courses and workshops, but also make it available to others. We are sought-after speakers at in-house conferences and training programmes for our customers.
